I have to admit that the little amazon ad thats on your site now, kinda freaks me out... in fact, ive only been coming to your site, reading the new poems and then leaving because it weirds me out that the thing says, "hello katie". cuz i mean, seriously... how does it know my name. anyway. i wanted to tell you this in an email, but alas, i cannot find anywhere that lists your addy. so, hopefully you'll be back to check this. I'm trying to get over it, but for now... i just read and run. Still love your work though. wanted to let you know.
Sorry about getting weirded out . . . . Have you logged into Amazon before? If so, it probably put a "cookie" on your computer that recognizes that it is you, the same way as when you log back into amazon, it remembers who you are. That is the first thing that I can think of -- unless you have some identifying informaiton listed in your web browser. It is not anything that I am actively doing or tracking.
